THE CAST

LEONIE FORBES

Molly Parkin –  Molly, a 70 year-old woman who has been a cashier at a pharmacy all her life. She is recently retired and having a hard time dealing with getting older. She has a drinking problem which she is trying to conquer but fails miserably every so often. Molly maintains position of the family matriarch.

ROSIE MURRAY

Janet Parkin –  Janet, a 50 year-old woman who has been a cleaning lady all her life. She mainly hides from the public because the right side of her face is disfigured and adds a rather hideous effect to her appearance. She is mother to Melissa but daughter to Molly.

RUSHAE WATSON

  

Melissa Parkin – Melissa, a 30 year-old woman who is finishing up her Masters’ Degree in Business Administration. She is somewhat       sheltered but curious of the findings of the outer world. She is full of life and extremely passionate. Unfortunately, she is ashamed of her mother’s appearance, so she spends a lot of time with her grandmother, Molly.

TERRI SALMON

Vera Lu-Chen – Vera, is in her late 60’s and used to operate a department store where Molly has been the cashier for decades. She is slightly prejudiced and in a sense envious of Molly for many reasons. She is also Molly’s landlord.

Keith Richards –  Keith is a student doctor in his early 30’s. He is of very poor and humble means but quite a charmer.
